Certificate III in Hairdressing

This hairdressing course will provide you with well developed skills in all aspects of hairdressing including sales, consultation and skills in structuring and executing the latest trends in hair styles.  

You'll create contemporary hair designs by using the world renowned Pivot Point training resources, as well as learning from the expansive knowledge of our teaching team. This course offers you the opportunity to work in industry, gaining additional confidence in your new found skills, under the guidance of real world salon teams. 

This program contains all aspects of hairdressing, including fundamental basin skills and customer service, along with hair sculpting, design and finishing skills. You will also learn all about hair colouring and lightening, plus straighten and relaxing hair techniques.

As part of the course all students may be used to model a variety of techniques and hairstyles.

Domestic Students

  • There are no mandated entry requirements.
You must be at least 17 years of age (or be a mature age applicant) and have successfully completed Year 10 or equivalent Additional requirements may apply.
