Certificate III in Food Processing (Brewing)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The Certificate III in Food Processing will introduce you to the practical aspects of brewing with underpinning knowledge to produce a great brew! You will develop core food processing skills such as product safety, quality and traceability together with specific brewing skills such as wort production, fermentation, beer maturation, packaging and product testing.
