It is specifically suitable for those who work as production operations or supervisors, machine operators, packaging operators or supervisors, and quality control officers. The qualification covers food manufacturing for sectors such as milling, baking, confectionary, dairy, fruit and vegetables, non-alcoholic beverages and quality (for operator roles).
