This qualification is the industry recognised ‘trade’ qualification to operate as a florist. Florists have a well developed customer service skills and apply techniques to design and construct a range of floristry products to meet the needs of customers. They provide technical advice and support team members.

About Gold Coast Floristry and Retail Management

The Gold Coast Floristry and Retail Management opened in June 2009 and in September commenced delivering Certificate courses after achieving recognition from the Department of Education. We have now trained over 310 students and are proud to have a high employment rate for our graduates. We also have trainees with us that are both school based and full time adult trainees.
