Our community is a supportive community focused on helping women excel in the fitness industry. We provide education, guidance, and opportunities for women to thrive and take leadership roles in this field.
In an industry where both men and women have valuable contributions, we aim to foster inclusivity and equality. However, the most current data from 2022, shows about 4.4 million women in Australia took part in fitness or gym activities — even more than men!
We know that women's bodies have special changes throughout their lives: from the challenges of teenage years, through the physical shifts of pregnancy, to the hormonal changes of menopause. That's why understanding fitness for women is different than for men. That's why our Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and our bonus courses dive deep into these unique stages of a woman's life, teaching you how to offer the right kind of guidance for all women. We provide resources, mentorship, certifications, and a welcoming community to assist women in achieving their fitness career aspirations.
With so many women in Australia focusing on their health, this special knowledge can make you a top choice.
