The Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care can provide entry level job opportunities in home, childcare centre, or school-based environments, but many students go on to study higher level courses while employed within the field.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Pre-training review to ensure student has the appropriate level of Language Literacy and Numeracy to achieve the competencies. Where a test result is supplied, it must be within the last 12 months.
Basic computer skills.
You will need to be at least 16 years old. If you are under 18 yeaers of age, your enrolment form will need to be signed by a parent or guardian.
A satisfactory National Police Check (NPC) and where a student has resided in another country from the age of 16, as a permanent resident of citizen, they will be required to provide a Statutory Declaration.
