Certificate III in Carpentry
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification provides a trade outcome in carpentry, covering work in residential and commercial applications. This training program is appropriate for a tradesperson working in the carpentry sector as a general carpenter.
This course will include all aspects of the building industry including, but not restricted to, site work, concreting, framing and finishing works.
Also, this qualification may be suitable for Apprenticeships.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
- be aged 18 years or over
- have the support of their supervisor and employer
- hold a minimum of a Higher School Certificate (or equivalent)
- able to commit to the course duration and time commitment
- Have already attained a “Whitecard”
- Satisfactorily completed our Language Literacy and Numeracy assessment
- Have a completed workplace support agreement, which confirms the resources required for training and assessment will be made available to the student.
