Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)A Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology will set you up for a career painting and maintaining the surfaces of vehicles and industrial machinery. If you’re interested in a career as a vehicle refinishing technician, this course will give you the skills you need. You’ll learn to paint, refinish and repair painted surfaces on a range of automotive vehicles and non-automotive machinery.
The Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology is a practical qualification with hands-on training in a range of trade techniques and can be completed as part of an apprenticeship.

The My Trade Start automotive training academy is situated in Auburn, the centre of Sydney in the old Institute of Automotive Mechanical Engineers building. Our Training academy has been fully refurbished to promote a comfortable and realistic learning environment for students.
The My Trade Start training academy offers a host of training environments that range from fully equipped audio/visual delivery (class) rooms to simulated automotive environments. Our facility has been set up to cater for Technical and Non-Technical training scenarios.
