Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification is an Australian Apprenticeship qualification and is for those who work in, or are looking for, a career in the agricultural mechanisation repair industry. You will develop your knowledge and skills in servicing, mechanical repairs, diagnostic techniques and electronic management systems. You will be given the opportunity to learn on some of the most up to date vehicles on the market, using the latest tools, equipment and computerised diagnostic machines.
In the workplace you will apply your knowledge and practical skills to safely repair and service engines, transmissions, drive-lines, steering, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, as well as fuel injection, electrical circuits and engine management systems, raking, baling, seeding and harvesting equipment to name a few.
