The Certificate II in Visual Arts allows participants to develop the basic creative and technical skills that underpin visual arts practices. Come and join in on the fun while you explore your artistic talents, and by the end of the course you'll be on your way to creating your very own masterpiece or embarking on your own microbusiness venture!

This course provides a pathway to a wide range of other qualifications in visual arts and craft, and more broadly, the creative industries.

There are a great many opportunities within the art area from production of small local products to be sold in markets, pop-up shop initiatives, art competitions, art as an engagement pathway for other non-profit organisations, as well as production of works available through local galleries to large works such as paintings, jewelry, ephemeral installations, public art and sculptures for the community and local organisations.
