This is a qualification for a person engaged in supply chain operations support who undertakes a range of tasks involving known routines and procedures, with limited individual responsibility.
We will provide you with the practical skills and knowledge to undertake a range of tasks in the warehousing and logistics industry such as how to receive and despatch goods, pick, pack and process orders . You will learn about safe work practices, loading and unloading cargo, customer service and effective communication.

About Mining Transport and Construction Services
Mining Transport and Construction Services (MTACS) is the Registered Training Organisation (RTO Number: 52053) students will be enrolling with.
MTACS has a third-party partnership with Training Alliance Group to provide services (marketing, students recruitment, training and assessment, issuing qualifications, educational and other support services) on behalf of MTACS under MTACS name. MTACS is responsible for all the actions of the Training Alliance Group under third party arrangements. MTACS is fully owned by Training Alliance Group.
MTACS provides Construction Training, Surface Extraction Training, and Supply Chain Training.
