Certificate II in Community Services
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification may be used as a pathway for workforce entry as community services workers who provide a first point of contact and assist individuals in meeting their immediate needs. At this level, work takes place under direct, regular supervision within clearly defined guidelines.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Be enrolled in secondary School (years 10, 11 or 12).
Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident (including humanitarian entrants), or a temporary resident with the necessary visa and work permits on the pathway to permanent residency.
Have not already accessed and exhausted VETiS funding. VETiS funding is only available for one qualification for each student.
Not be enrolled in another qualification (not including foundations skills training).
