Certificate II in Community Pharmacy
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The SIR20116 Certificate II in Community Pharmacy consists of 4 core units and 8 electives. This course can be tailored to suit your learning requirements and career goals. Your Guild Trainer will work with you to develop a training plan to meet your needs and the needs of your pharmacy. Most Pharmacy Assistants complete the course in less than 12 months.
The SIR20116 Certificate II in Community Pharmacy is your first step in your career in Community Pharmacy. This qualification will provide you with the basic skills in both pharmacy and retail. This course also teaches work ready skills in customer service, work place health and safety and front of shop skills. With rolling enrolments you can start as soon as you are ready, there are no entry requirements to complete this qualification however you will need to be working in a community pharmacy for the duration of the course.
