The Certificate II in Active Volunteering provides students with the necessary knowledge and skills to engage in a variety of roles in a voluntary capacity across a range of contexts and organisations.

Students learn to interact and communicate effectively, work in teams and carry out workplace procedures and tasks. They develop the skills to be effective in the role of a volunteer, contributing to organisations and working with diverse people.
