Your independence will grow as you continue to develop communication, teamwork, personal management, problem solving and decision making skills.  You will practice these skills on the job when you go on work placements in industries that interest you. You may also consider further pathway study options to achieve your goals.  We will prepare you to take your next steps to a bright future and make new friends along the way!

This course is designed to suit the learning needs of students living with intellectual disability or cognitive impairment.

Entry requirements

Domestic Students

  • There are no mandated entry requirements.
This course is intended for post compulsory school age learners with evidence of a permanent cognitive and/or intellectual disability.  Before an offer to enrol is made, we will need to discuss if the course is the best option for you.  We will invite you and your parent or carer to meet with us so that we can understand your needs, then you will complete a paper based literacy and numeracy assessment and a pre training review. Additional requirements may apply.
