Certificate I in Transition Education
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Make a successful transition from school to adult life by gaining the basic skills to participate in work, further education and training, or other community options.
In this course, you will be supported to develop a personal goals plan and identify the skills you need to prepare for employment or community participation.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Permanent cognitive and / or intellectual disability must be evidenced. Evidence could include but is not limited to:
- Formal assessment by a registered medical practitioner
- Doctors / specialist reports
- Attendance at a Specialist School
- Integration support at school
- Integration support at school with modified curriculum
