Certificate I in Engineering
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification defines entry-level skills and knowledge to assist workers entering employment as engineering/manufacturing employees within the metal, engineering, manufacturing and associated industries.
In this course students will undertake a variety of projects developing industry skills. Measuring, marking and cutting materials as well as folding and shaping using a variety of different engineering tools and machinery. They will also learn the fundamentals of stick, tig and mig welding.
