Certificate I in Active Volunteering

Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)

This certificate allows students and schools an introduction to Volunteering, understanding of the foundation skills required to effectively undertake volunteer work, and the role of a volunteer worker. This qualification may be used as a pathway to enter the workforce.

To achieve this qualification, the student must complete a minimum of 20 hours of volunteer work as detailed in the Assessment Requirements of units of competency.
