BAS Agent Registration Skill Set

The BAS Agent Registration Skill Set is designed to reflect the job roles of contract bookkeepers and employees performing bookkeeping tasks for organisations in a range of industries. The Skill Set is ideal for persons who are seeking registration as a BAS Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board.

The Skill Set comprises two (2) units of competency from the FNS40222 Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and, together, with the appropriate assessment methods as set by the Tax Practitioners Board, meet the requirements for “a course in basic GST/BAS taxation principles that is approved by the Board”.
