Learn about human anatomy, systems and movement from experienced academics and industry professionals to develop your critical thinking and practical skills.
Physiotherapy courses explore musculoskeletal health, neuroanatomy, digital health services, neurological physiotherapy, supporting those with acute conditions and paediatric physiotherapy. There may also be opportunities to learn about animal physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, chronic pain management and Pilates.
This degree aligns with requirements set by the Physiotherapy Board of Australia and UniSQ is currently seeking accreditation with the Australian Physiotherapy Council (APC). Graduates may also be eligible for membership with the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).

Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Subject pre-requisites
- English (Units 3 & 4, C)
- one of Biology, Mathematical Methods, Physical Education, Chemistry, Physics, or Psychology (Units 3 & 4, C), or equivalent.
English language requirements
You are required to satisfy the applicable English language requirements and this degree requires a minimum of IELTS 7.0 or equivalent. If you do not meet the English language requirements you may apply to study a University-approved English language program.
