Entry Requirements (Year 12)
For admission to this program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 25 in any English.
- Units 1 to 4: one of Biology, Chemistry, Health And Human Development, Physical Education, or Physics.
This course considers the ATAR as part of its selection process. It has a guaranteed ATAR for eligible applicants who meet the program prerequisites and any 'Essential Requirements for Admissions'.

This program has a guaranteed ATAR. If you meet the program prerequisites and any 'Essential Requirements for Admissions', you will be guaranteed a place in this program with the specified ATAR. The adjusted ATAR is used, factoring in subject adjustments and SEAS.
Subject Adjustments
A study score of 35 in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics equals 3 aggregate points per study, with an overall maximum of 5 points.
SEAS (Special Entry Access Scheme)
Applicants who have experienced educational disadvantage are encouraged to apply for the Special Entry Access Scheme (SEAS), which may provide support for the course application. Entry Requirements (Non-Year 12)
For non-Year 12 applicants, this course considers the entire academic record as part of the selection process. The minimum requirements include previous higher education studies with results at a pass level. Applicants with relevant VET study or work experiences are encouraged to include this information in their application. Admission is competitive, and applicants may need to meet higher requirements for consideration.
Applicants who complete the first year of either of the following Federation University degree programs will be eligible for consideration based on performance:
- Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science
