As an honours student, you will become part of a thriving community of world-class researchers within the University of Sydney Susan Wakil School of Nursing and Midwifery as you develop the expertise and practical skills to produce a written thesis of approximately 15,000 words. An additional year of study, the honours program is available to meritorious students who have completed a Bachelor of Nursing qualification.

Applications to the Bachelor of Nursing (Honours) are open to applicants who are considered by the University of Sydney Susan Wakil School of Nursing and Midwifery to have the requisite knowledge and aptitude to undertake the course. Applicants are expected to have completed their Bachelor of Nursing or Master of Nursing (Pre-Registration) from the University of Sydney or from an equivalent university with a minimum Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 65.
