Nationally Recognised Higher EducationThe Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) is currently available in Accounting, Finance or Economics. Potential Honours students should consult with the Newcastle Business School towards the end of the semester prior to that in which they intend to enrol.

Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Eligibility for admission to this program is based on applicants having completed a Bachelor degree in a cognate area with a minimum GPA of 5.0:
- across all studies undertaken within the program; or
- across a major in the proposed area of study; or
- across 80 units of 3000 level courses (which must include at least 40 units of 3000 level courses in the major where a major exists); or
where the applicant has completed less than 80 units at 3000 level, a GPA of 5.0 calculated from at least 60 units of 3000 level courses (which includes at least 40 units of 3000 level courses in the major where a major exists).
In exceptional circumstances, an application which does not meet the above requirements may be considered.
