Bachelor of Arts (Honours) (English Literature)
Nationally Recognised Higher EducationStudying at Honours level will give you the opportunity to pursue specialised skills in Literature, extending your capacity to research and analyse, and raise your scholarship to a higher academic level.
Focusing on critical and cultural theory, classical literature and film, this degree will allow you to explore the nature and operation of cultural institutions, and the cultural production of meaning.
With expertise available in both the great texts and innovative and contemporary works of poetry, prose, drama, film, new media and critical essays, you will choose among a range of literary forms, genres and periods while enhancing your skills in analysis, critical thinking and developing communication skills.

- Completion of an Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Arts or a related discipline, with a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 5.0.
English language requirements
You are required to satisfy the applicable English language requirements and this degree requires a minimum of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
