Bachelor of Advanced Science (Honours) (Archaeological Science)

Examine key developments in human evolution, civilisation and our relationship with the world around us. You’ll develop and apply your knowledge through a combination of theory-based and practical learning – including lab and field-based research projects. By completing these projects, you'll gain experience in surveying, excavation and scientific analysis. Combine core archaeology courses with electives and expand your knowledge of geography, earth sciences, biology and psychology. Future work includes positions in museums, consultancies, government departments, cultural centres, law enforcement, and educational and research institutions.
