Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The TAERES511 Apply research to training and assessment practice unit covers the skills and knowledge required to undertake and apply research into educational theory to improve current training and assessment practices. The Nationally Recognised unit is delivered via online learning and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
This unit is targeted towards qualified trainers and assessors who may be eligible to move up classification levels and associated pay grades. It is often a prerequisite for a pay grade step/salary increase at TAFE VIC and other RTOs.
