Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the role of individuals, including mine managers or mining engineering managers, who perform complex, nonroutine tasks involving strategic and planning activities for underground coal mines. They are responsible for establishing and maintaining operational systems and plans, including safety and health, environmental and management systems, providing leadership and mentoring to others, and understanding and management requirements for mine sites.

Our company was founded by the late Mark John Harris who passed away after a short and courageous battle with illness in April 2020. Mark had over 50 years’ experience in the underground coal mining industry. He was an Order of Australia medallist for his contributions to the mining industry.
