Learners who have already completed Diploma of Screen & Media will benefit from having prior makeup experience. Learns can be assessed for Recognition of Prior learning (RPL)
Experience hands on, real, practical skills by working with industry professionals and assisting with the design and development of Special Effects items to be used for Film Productions giving you “On Set” experience of how to manage the requirements.
A variety of prop making, and advanced moulding and casting techniques will be used to create full character designs using a combination of materials to make various prosthetics. You will also develop a Professional Portfolio of creative work that will enhance your career as an artist.
