Advanced Diploma of Government
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The Advanced Diploma of Government qualification is aimed at the leadership or senior roles in the public sector, generally at the EL2 to SES classifications, or equivalent. At this level, you will have supervisory responsibilities, or you have responsibilities to delivery outcomes. You will be leading such things as organisational change, influencing ethical practices, and ensuring that the public service adopts supportive and inclusive workplace practices.
This course will focus on security awareness and will develop your skills in identifying and assessing fraudulent and corrupt activities. You will learn to facilitate knowledge management as part of resource and information management, and you will learn to develop your strategic direction to ensuring the public has confidence in the public service’s ability.
