About OPEC College

We established OPEC College in 2019 to focus on Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for public and private sector customers including if you have just left the Defence Force, Police Force or other First Responder organisations. OPEC College also offers study options for customers who are unable to immediately achieve RPL.
