Successful completion of this course will give you the educational requirement to apply to be a licensed settlement agent in WA with the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DEMIRS).

DEMIRS have additional requirements, including a minimum of 2 years experience working in the settlement industry.

WCPT is a registered training organisation (RTO 51792) which means your Advanced Diploma will be a nationally recognised qualification.
