Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The CHC62015 Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management course is a high-level qualification designed for those who already work in the community sector who are seeking to upskill to a Coordinator or Middle Management position. The Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management is targeted to trainees at management-level positions within a variety of community sector organisations, community centres, early childhood education services, and more.
As part of the course, employees at this level will learn the skills needed to plan and monitor delivery of service, effectively recruit employees, complete thorough performance reviews, manage organisational risk, and implement continuous improvement processes.
