The Building Design qualification captures all your architectural design aspirations into one course. If you are looking to gain the skills and knowledge to make a difference in the built environment and design super energy efficient buildings using passive principles, sustainable building practices and materials, then this is the course for you. Are you looking to start your own design firm? This is the academic requirement for registration as a building designer (architectural) with the VBA (tca). If interior design is your passion, then use this course as a stepping stone towards further studies. If you are looking to do drafting work with a building company or designer, this course will give you the technical aspects and latest CAD skills required to create detailed construction drawings. Perhaps your pathway is to Architecture at University, this course gives you technical skills, a solid knowledge base and credits towards the degree.
