Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This certification is designed for senior management and service roles that involve teamwork and accountability for business outcomes in retail financial services, banking, or other deposit-taking institutions. At this level, individuals are expected to tackle complex problems and challenges by applying specialized knowledge and skills across various contexts. They are responsible for both individual and team results while operating in a broad spectrum of technical or managerial capacities.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Possess a Year 12 diploma or its equivalent.
Possess an IELTS score of 6.0* (test results must be no older than two years).
Alternatively, proficiency in English can be demonstrated with documented proof of five years of education in an English-speaking country, OR successful completion of an English placement test.
*Note: Alternative English language exams such as PTE and TOEFL may also be accepted. Students must submit their results to ensure they are comparable to IELTS 6.0.
