The Certificate IV in Bookkeeping is for contract bookkeepers and employees performing bookkeeping tasks, BAS lodgements and payroll. Students will learn how to prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS) and well as provide advice or deal with the Commissioner on behalf of a taxpayer. The course also covers payroll, preparing financial statements and operating a computerised accounting system.
