Tax Agent Certification

The Tax Agent Certification course equips students with the skills and knowledge needed to meet the educational eligibility requirements of the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) in both Commercial Law and Australian Tax Law. It comprises two key skill sets: FNSSS00005, which covers applying legal principles in consumer and contract law, corporations and trust law, and property law; and FNSSS00008, which focuses on preparing tax documentation for individuals and administering tax documentation for legal entities. This certification prepares students for proficient practice as certified tax agents.
