The TLILIC0011 Licence to Operate a Reach Stacker (Greater Than 3 Tonnes Capacity) equips individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to safely operate a reach stacker, adhering to the WHS Act and Regulations SA 2012. It covers the operation of a reach stacker with a Maximum Rated Capacity (MRC) exceeding 3 tonnes, including the use of attachments for lifting, moving, and transporting shipping containers, excluding shore-based container handling gantry cranes.
