The Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership (BSB80215) is for graduate students wanting to improve their personal leadership style and professional competence as they lead organisations. Students complete 8 units with an overall focus on driving the development of high-end strategic plans that serve the vision and mission of their organisation. Enrolment in this qualification is limited to those with related studies (Diploma and up) plus 2-5 years relevant workplace experience with a significant level of leadership and management responsibility. The Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership (BSB80215) is a nationally recognised training qualification and part of the official Business Services Training Package.

You must meet ONE of the following requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor degree in related fields of study and 2 years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience.
As well as ALL of the following requirements:
  • At least 2 years work experience in a related field AND
  • Completed Bachelor Degree (AQF Level 7)
