The Diploma of Project Management is suitable for students desiring a career in a project leadership and management role and responsible for achieving project objectives. Students will gain a complete set of skills relating to project management including in depth studies of a project’s: scope, time, costs, quality, HR, IT and communication, risk, stakeholder engagement, governance and procurement.
