Certificate III in Track Protection

Become a Rail Protection Officer with the TLI32715 Certificate III in Track Protection. This nationally recognised qualification will teach you how to ensure the safety of railway workers while they carry out track maintenance and inspections. During your studies you will learn how to reference the rail network’s rules and implement the rail protection plan. This will include undertaking risk assessments and track protection assessments, carrying out safety briefings with work crews and rail personnel, implementing track occupancy authorities, using a range of rail track signals and point control equipment, completing mandatory paperwork.
