The FDF30510 Certificate III in Retail Baking (Cake and Pastry) delivers the trade baking skills you need to work in retail bakeries that specialise in cakes and patries. During 18-36 months of study you will be learning how to produce pastries and a range of sponge, cake and cookie batters. You’ll then learn to bake, fill, and decorate your creations.
