This nationally recognised qualification introduces you to the performance protocols expected of every Council worker including workplace safety, communication, and customer service. You’ll then gain technical skills that support your career interests: (business support) producing business documents, designing spreadsheets, maintaining records, OR (outdoor maintenance) planting trees and shrubs, pruning, operating chainsaws, using chemicals to controls pests and weeds, storing chemicals, traffic control.
