The Bar Service & Food Handler’s Job Ready equips learners with essential skills for bar operations, including setting up, using equipment, and close-down procedures. It covers drink preparation, beverage knowledge (beer, wine, spirits, and liqueurs), tray carrying, wine pouring, and speed service. Participants will also learn to use the Point of Sale (POS) system, handle payments, and perform reconciliations.
