Completion of the Assistant Agent Certificate is a mandatory requirement to work in the real estate industry. Once you’ve successfully completed your certificate you can work in various roles under the guidance of a licensed real estate agent. These roles include residential and commercial property sales, administration, buyer’s agent and real estate marketing. Once you receive your certificate of attainment for the Assistant Agent Certificate (NSW) you can apply for a Certificate of Registration as an Assistant Agent in Real Estate from Fair Trading NSW.
