The HLT64121 Advanced Diploma of Nursing is for enrolled nurses who are already working in Australia and need advanced skills in a specialised area of nursing. This nationally recognised qualification allows you to specialise in one of eight different areas: acute care, aged care and individual support, critical care, mental health, perioperative nursing, renal care, rural and remote nursing, or community health. You’ll also gain advanced skills in clinical assessments, medicine administration, and intravenous therapy. Entry requirements

Entry requirements for VET courses include both national standards and additional criteria set by individual Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).

Domestic Students

You must meet ALL of the following requirements:
  • Are employed as a Enrolled Nurse AND
  • Hold current registration as an enrolled nurse without notation with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) www.nursingmidwiferyboard.gov.au.
