The TAELLN411 Address Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy Skills introduces the core language, literacy, and numeracy (LLN) skills as per the Australian Core Skills Framework. It covers the knowledge needed to recognise LLN demands in training and workplace environments and to identify individuals' core LLN skill levels. This enables appropriate support for learners with LLN issues through delivery, assessment strategies, and learning resources. It is a mandatory unit for trainers and assessors holding the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
