Stylist

A Stylist provides a range of hairdressing services at a hair salon. You might discuss hair care options with your clients and offer various cut, colour and styling treatments. Stylists might also provide specialist hair services and cater for special events like weddings or school formals.

Stylists should have excellent personal skills and be able to provide good customer service. It’s important that you can communicate well and understand your clients’ needs. Stylists should be up to date with current hair trends and have well developed styling skills. You’ll need to be organised and able to manage your time well.
