Signwriter

A Signwriter creates and installs signs for businesses, organisations and public facilities. You might work with clients to design signs, advertising boards and store displays using digital software. Signwriters print signs and erect them on site. You may also paint signs or use other materials depending on the surface being used.

Signwriters should be creative and have excellent attention to detail. It’s important that you can communicate well and understand your clients’ needs. Signwriters should be flexible and able to adapt their skills to a range of settings. You should be able to work as part of a team when required.
