Laboratory Supervisor

A Laboratory Supervisor oversees daily operations at a scientific or medical testing laboratory. You’ll ensure correct procedures are being followed and research or production targets are being met. Laboratory Supervisors may lead a team of staff and make sure equipment is working effectively. You may gather data and present information on testing results.

Laboratory Supervisors should have strong leadership abilities and be able to manage several tasks at one time. It’s important you follow safe workplace practices and can make safety a priority. Laboratory Supervisors should have strong attention to detail and must be able to do their work accurately. You should have good organisational and time management skills.
