Interior Stylist

An Interior Stylist looks after the aesthetic styling of rooms, commercial spaces or retail areas. You’ll work with clients to create an overall concept and may prepare mood boards or preliminary sketches. Interior Stylists may address issues such as space or lighting and make suggestions about colours and furniture. You’ll source products for use in the styling process such as soft furnishings, artwork or décor items.

Interior Stylists should be up to date with current styling trends and need to have excellent attention to detail. It’s important that you can communicate well with clients and be able to understand their needs. Interior Stylists need to be organised and able to work on multiple projects at one time. You should have excellent attention to detail and be able to come up with unique styling ideas.
